But slowly, she accomplishes feats that earns her their trust and affection. The problem is, the children don't recognize her as their step-mother and shrug off any attempts to get them together and be a family. This is to relieve Chisato from paying back the money Shinzo used to pay off her father's gambling debt. Along the series, she reminices their time together, through flashbacks, where he teaches Chisato a lot of things about life and family.Īfter Shizo's death, Chisato learns that along with other conditions she failed to read in their agreement, she has to perform motherly task to Shinzo's 6 adopted sons. In return, she has to be her wife for the remaining few months of his life. When the bad guys catch up with Chisato, she was rescued by an eccentric millionaire Shinzo Okura, paying off her father's debt. She moves from park, to field, to a net cafe owned by her highschool friend dodging the men who her father owes money. Well, for me the wait was over after I finally watched it.Īs mentioned before, the drama revolves around Chisato, played by Maki, who lost her mother at an early age and was rendered homeless as her father incurred a very large gambling debt and skipped town. With the high 40% ratings, you have to wonder who will have to fill Brilliant Legacy’s shoes once the drama finally ends.I wrote a few months back about my anticipation for the then latest drama starring my fave Maki Horikita. I expect to be watching episode 24 tonight if not first thing tomorrow morning before I have to leave the house. However, I feel that something wicked is coming this way because Junse’s father has been asking to buy more stocks under Junse’s name! I also cried when Junse saw Hwan and Eun Sung together, as much as I would like the two main leads together, I felt so sorry for Junse who truly has been kind throughout the whole of this drama and is continuing to. Along with a special mention to Seung Mi, Eun Sung’s step sister. Junse’s father (whose name I can’t remember) and that bitch of a stepmother certainly do win the most evil pair award for me this year. I cried multiple times when Eun Sung was being badly treated by the rest of Hwans family and Junse’s father who I’ve been assuming is a family friend? Correct me if I’m wrong on this. I love how the writers keep us, as the audience, on our toes when writing about the Eun Sung and Eun Woo storyline, from the comments I’ve seen so far it’s always going to be things like “So near and yet so far”.
#Atashinchi no danshi ch 1 series
Lee Seung Gi‘s powerful acting during his crying scene was definitely something that has probably earned him much respect as an actor if the whole series hasn’t already.
Wow, this episode was definitely one of the highlights of my day. He has no idea about the value of money as he was raised by his wealthy grandmother and mother. Seon Hwan Woo is an arrogant young man, but handsome. Then, by accident, good fortune arrives on Eun Sung’s doorsteps when she inherits a vast fortune, but not from her father. Tragedy strikes Eun Sung again when her father suddenly dies. She quickly grew disillusioned with her new family. Her father remarried when she was 16 to Baek Seong Hee, whom Eun Sung felt did not love her.
Go Eun Sung lost her mother at the age of 11.
